About Hannah

I am passionate about being the best I can be in my real estate career. My hustle and heart truly sets me apart. My past clients have said time and time again how they appreciate having me, someone they can trust, in their corner.

I embrace new ideas and technology with a gusto. That go-get-em spirit has proven successful. I am the team leader of a Platinum Club level team, which consists of myself and my daughter. I have consistently been named in the RE/MAX of Texas Top 500, which is an elite title for the top 250 agents and top 250 team in Texas each year.

I am extremely involved in my local communities and business organizations. I serve on numerous committees with Baytown, Anahuac and West Chambers County Chambers of Commerce. In 2018 I was able to serve on the Leadership Development Initiative for the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce. I have served multiple years as a Junior Achievement volunteer helping teach students financial literacy. I serve on the board of the Anahuac Education Foundation.

I am a wife and mother and grandmother. My husband, Clanton Vaughan is a retired high school baseball coach. We have 5 adult kids, two of which live locally, one in Miami and two in New York. My oldest daughter, Kaitlin, is on my real estate team and I am lucky to get to work with her daily. We also have a 13 year old piebald dachshund named Bullet.

Before I started real estate in August 2015, I was an elementary school teacher. I absolutely love kids, but realized that I love real estate MORE! I still get to fulfill my kid fix by spending time with my nieces and nephews (15 of them!) and teaching Sunday School at my church.

My husband and I love to travel and go to concerts. We span the genres, having seen concerts from Loretta Lynn to Kid Rock.
